How do I cancel my subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store, not inside Nourio. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, tap Nourio, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro features until then. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.
How do I reset my password? +
On the Nourio login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address you registered with. We'll send you a password reset link — open it on your device and pick a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Reset links expire after one hour for security.
How do I delete my account? +
Open the Profile tab in Nourio, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and personal data are removed from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions if you no longer want to be billed.
